Make gyms an essential service
Ensure that gyms remain open even under the most severe coronavirus restrictions. Acknowledge gyms importance and identify them as an essential service.
On top of the physical benefits of going to the gym regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood.
