Create tier 0 “micro zones” e.g. a whole street being able to freely socialise
The government should create a tier 0 which is free of restrictions e.g a whole street allowed to freely socialise

We understand that you want the Government to reduce restrictions in certain areas, but it's not clear exactly how you want restrictions to be changed, or for what areas.
