Reinstate the right to appeal rejected visit visas
I want parliament to amend the legislation of the right to appeal for a family visa. The government is not allowing anyone to appeal visas that have been rejected. It is against human rights. Not allowing children to see their mother. Where is the justice of this?
I also want the government to refund the money spent on visa applications if rejected. They are afraid that if my grandma and my auntie are in the UK they will overstay their visit because their close family is in the UK. They fail to see that my grandma has a good pension she wants to only visit family not to live in UK permanently.
