Increase the Council Tax discount for single people to 50%.
It is unfair that single people have to pay 75% council tax whilst, in theory, a couple sharing bills would only pay 50% each. I believe it discourages independence, and should be fair for all and a single occupant should only have to pay 1/2 the full Council Tax amount.
