Harmonise COVID-19 restrictions for England Wales Scotland and Northern Ireland.
In the same way that the devolved powers do not operate a separate defence policy, neither should they be allowed to operate separate covid policy via a different set of restrictions
The multiple sets of rules and different periods and timing of lockdowns create major and unnecessary difficulties for anyone living close to the border or running a business, as well as four sets of expense for government.
