Re-assess expansion of cycle and bus lanes
Remove the need for the bus lane to be 24/7.
The introduction and expansion of bus lanes and cycle lanes is causing detrimental traffic congestion meaning cars are running for longer periods thus doesn’t support the green industrial revolution. Some journeys that took under 10mins are now taking 30/40mins. The road markers should be friendly to all road users. Bus lanes should not be 24/7.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about local bus lanes and cycle routes are a matter for local transport authorities, not the Government or House of Commons.
If you are concerned about bus lanes or cycle routes in your area you should contact your local authority about this.
