To encourage firework manufacturers to have a selection of silent fireworks.
To encourage them to work with those who don't like noisy fireworks.
There are a few groups that dislike them. Veterans, Children, OAP'S, Special Needs Groups, and lots of pets as well as wild animals.
Its not about me its all of the above.
