Undo the foreign aid cuts and bring it back to 0.7%
We are going into a tragic recession for the country, but we are still one of the most fortunate and well-off countries in the world, and there are other countries who are constantly going through much worse crises:
Humanitarian crises
War
Health crises
Rape, FGM, prostitution and trafficking.
There are some countries which do not have the opportunity for recession to occur because they are in need of our help - a much more fortunate country. This is going to be an incredibly tough few years, but never will it be as tough as the constant tragedies happening to people in the countries which we used to proudly help. 0.7% down to 0.5% makes a difference of millions pounds of food, water and healthcare we are no longer putting towards less fortunate countries.
