Fund increased pay for Research Scientists at universities
The Government constantly talks about pay rises for Key workers like Nurses and Doctors but there is no mention of Scientists and Researchers who are working tirelessly to create vaccines and keep the health and the community safe
The pay for Researchers particularly at University organization is terrible compared to Doctors and Nurses alike. Scientists spend a huge portion of their lives dedicated to research to help the world develop new drugs and Vaccines. Why are the Scientists left behind and not mentioned or considered when they spend a good 10 years getting a sound education and then go onto do research to make new discoveries that have international health benefits.
