bar directors from owning / using a mobile if firm sends unsolicited sms
If a company sends unsolicited SMS, then all the directors should be barred from owning / using a mobile phone for 12 months.
Providing a direct pain to the individuals directing the SMS bombardment will provide a deterrent to this activity that current remedies seem totally inadequate. For many people, especially business people, not having a mobile phone would be a real inconvenience.
