Only make those on furlough pay extra in tax
As a NHS worker who has been working the whole pandemic. I know we deserve to not pay extra in taxes as we haven’t claimed any sort of claim/furlough during this pandemic.

It is not clear what 'extra tax' you are referring to.
You could start a petition calling for specified tax breaks or exemptions for key workers including NHS staff, if that is something you'd like to happen.
