Remove South Holland District Council from Tier 3
People living within the South Holland District Council area have been subject to tier 3 restrictions. This area in fact has a below average rate of infection. This is to generalised. We are a large area that is part of ‘Lincolnshire’ but does not have a serious Covid-19 problem.
