To only allow silent fireworks to be used in the Uk and only at public displays.
To put a law in place that only silent fireworks can be used in the UK and only by licenced organised displays and none to be sold to the general public.
After five weeks of continuous fireworks going off every single night in the Havering area. I would like the government to really consider the only fireworks that can be used in the UK and only by licensed organiser of public displays are silent fireworks.
