Ban the current UK Cabinet from being able to enter a hospitality venue for life
Make it law that the UK cabinet cannot enter a pub, bar or restaurant for life.
They have waged war on hospitality during Covid. Even the VAT reduction only applied to food and non-alcoholic drink. Pubs pay a fortune in rates, VAT and have had paltry help whilst constantly being kicked as if they are the only part of our society to blame for Covid when in fact well run pubs and restaurants are incredibly safe as they are controlled environments, unlike people’s homes for instance where the ludicrously ill-thought out rule of six applies.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Attendance at hospitality venues is a matter for individual members of the Cabinet and individual hospitality venues, not the Governemnt or House of Commons.
We also cannot accept petitions that call for an action relating to a particular individual or individuals.
