As we all know all major Six Energy Companies is going to put on massive energy prices up during 2013 and 2014 winter, so best idea is the energy price cap not more the 0.5% permanently before any winter every year even energy wholesale price has gone up but if energy wholesale price down then energy should be reduce on the same day and not 3 weeks later.

And another idea instead UK Government pays out every year Winter Fuel Payments during the winter months but instead all six energy companies should payout the Winter Fuel Payments to their own energy customers during winter months every year.
