Allow motorists to find out if they’ve travelled through the congestion charge.
Allow motorists to find out if they’ve travelled through the congestion charge before they are sent a penalty.
Because some people are unsure and would like to know if they have to pay or not. If people pay by mistake do they get their money sent back? No is the answer.
