Stop trying to make me work till I die bring back the 65 retirement age for men and 60 for Women
Simple action, stop trying to take our work related contributions right until the day we die, by increasing the retirment age before state pensions can be drawn, allow us to have a few years of enjoyment at the same retirement age as generations before us
Bring back men retiring at 65 and women retiring at 60 and keep it that way
Our generation (born 1960 - 70's) always seems to be the one paying for everyone else's quality of life, our parents drove business to its knees either striking or demanding more money, they made a killing on property sales (selling to our generation) , were allowed to retire at 50 and live off big fat private and state pensions, the latter paid for by us. Time to tax the private pensions over 20K a year and allow the rest of us a glimmer of hope that something will be left for the rest of us in the pension pot !!
