Make free football pitches in England for people to use
Make free football pictures around the Uk with 11 aside goals
So young people have a way to excise and have fun at the same time. It will also give them a way to stay out of trouble.

The Government is not responsible for local sports facilities, including football pitches. This is a matter for individual local authorities and pitch owners, not the Government or House of Commons.
