External Home Insulation for all.

Additional Information

Working families are being discriminated against when it comes to energy and home insulation grants. We are the forgotten majority-because we work,it is taken for granted that we can afford to do everything ourselves. We can't -we are like everybody else , we struggle with ever increasing cost of living rises, and no real terms increases in our wages to pay for these.I call on the government to make this universal and to embark on an inclusive programme to allow everyone to benefit from reduced energy bils.
