Create a pathway down bogs lane
Create a public footpath down bogs lane in harrogate towards the railway bridge. Not safe for families with children and dogs to walk down when cars are coming really fast around the corner.
Not safe for families with young children to be walking on a road, around a corner with on coming vehicles. Somebody could really get hurt.
