Create an English parliament similar to the welsh and Scottish parliament
Create a separate English parliament where the English nation can make its own decisions like the Welsh and Scottish parliaments do
It seems the Scottish and welsh parliaments can have a say on what England and Britain can do but England can not have a vote on Scotland and Wales
Keeping these parliaments like this is more than likely costing English tax payers
we should be either one parliament or all seperate
