Allow all hospitality to open for mobile key workers.
Allow all cafés and restaurants to open, including for dine-in meals to allow mobile key workers to freely dispose of required breaks and have a hot meal.
Open all eating establishment so mobile workers can have their legal breaks and a hot meal. We as HGV drivers are required by law to take a break and freely dispose our time.
