Fijian nationals that have served in the UK Armed forces should remain in the UK
Fijian-born soldiers who served with the British Army have failed in a legal effort to overturn bureaucratic errors and so are living illegally in the country they once served. This situation needs to be addressed so that the errors in question do not form the mandate for them to live illegally.
These soldiers have already given to the support and continuation of the UK and so should not be left high-and-dry in this legal matter.
