Require proof of vaccination against Covid-19 (or medical exemption).
Pass a bill mandating a secure vaccine passport and it's use as a condition of entry to public places and events.
Ensure that the vaccine passport is NOT extended to a national ID database.
People who may not be able to take a vaccine, and those for whom it may be less effective, must be safe to resume normal life and to participate in social occasions after months of isolation.
This safety would be jeapordised by mixing with those who refuse the vaccine.
It is the latter group who should have their liberty restricted as a consequence of their CHOICE, not the former who have nochoice and who have suffered enough isolation already.
