Limit interest charges on all Loans and Finance.

Additional Information

I want the Government to legislate and make it illegal to charge more than a certain percentage above base rate for any form of loan or credit arrangement. This will encourage responsible lending and give the more vulnerable members of society a better chance of getting out of debt.
