I and the undersigned would like to petition the Prime Minister,in light of the improving political conditions in Zimbabwe and elsewhere to set up a fund to assist those immigrants in reciept of welfare benefits who have been recieving welfare benefit for over 24 months to have one off cash support to assist them depart the UK permanently or for at least 15 years in exchange for £50,000 financial support to resettle back in their country of origin if they choose to leave and take the exit package.That the policy can only apply to immigrants who are already in receipt of welfare benefits or long term unemployment.
