Include No Confidence vote on ballot papers

Additional Information

Call to include a 'No Confidence' vote on all ballot papers so that members of the public can still cast a vote whether or not they believe their local candidates serve their best interests.

This could induce people who currently don't bother voting to attend the polling booths and will give a more accurate depiction of the views of the general public.
