Introduce fair representation of minority races in English football refereeing.
Considering the positive contribution made by blacks and other minority races in English football (both at national and domestic level) in the last 2 decades, it's both unfair and unjustified that we are yet to see more ethnic minorities particularly blacks refereeing in English top tier football.
To set a motion to debate the above and task minister of sports to engage relevant authorities to address the above inequality. I have no doubt there's many people who see sense in this as it is one way blacks can feel included especially after recent events surrounding BLM movement.
