End schools in Edinburgh on Friday 18th December not Tuesday 22nd December. This is because if schools end on the 18th it will give children at least a 4/5 day period to isolate before the Christmas period.
This is because if schools end on the 18th it will give children at least a 4/5 day period to isolate before the Christmas period. This will decrease the risk of potential passing the virus to elderly relatives and will mean more families can meet elderly loved ones.
