Policing and Criminal Justice System needs urgent change

Additional Information

The Policing and Criminal Justice System needs to change as at the minute the system is better for criminals then it is for the victims and rest of the public.

PCSO's were brought in to be a link between the Public and Police and they should be walking round the streets talking to members of the public, but there not on the streets there in the office filling in paper work or drive round the odd time in cars.

The Police try and avoid the paper work as it to much for them, there more in the office then on the streets walking round.

The whole system needs a big review.
