Stop twin rig trawling inside 12 mile from land from sea houses to Hartlepool
We wish to set this petition up to try and stop twin rig trawling inside 12 mile from land between sea houses and Hartlepool our local grounds are getting destroyed by big Scottish and Irish twin rig boats and will leave locals with noting to fish for if this keeps up.
