To increase awareness of the recording process of hate crimes against specific sub-cultures.
The aim of this petition is to bring to the attention of the public and the ministry of justice the issue that is hate crimes towards specific sub-cultures, including; Punks, Goths and the metal genre, and how they are recorded.
