Carbon impact labeling on food- a simple R/A/G system to inform choices.
Enact legislation for all food to carry a simple rag label to show its impact on carbon emissions. An emissions tax or variable VAT rate could be introduced later based on the same system.
If it is not law it won’t happen. The gov introduced a sugar tax-global warming is a far greater threat.
