Bring back "everyone in" policy for the tier 4 lockdown
The government should provide housing for homeless people for the Teir 4 level of covid restrictions like they did back in March and April so that more deaths can be prevented.
Homeless people don't have a home they can go to. They need protection just like everyone else. Walawalker (2020) cited a study in his article published by the guardian that shows that for the first lockdown when the government had introduced the "everyone in" policy, an estimated 266 people were saved from death. Since we are returning to the same restrictions, its only fair for the "everyone in" scheme to be brought back.

The Government announced £15 million of funding for the Protect Programme to help areas that need additional support most to provide accommodation for rough sleepers during the restrictions and throughout winter.
