Divert vaccinations to NHS staff now as a matter of priority.
The NHS is facing winter and COVID pressures. NHS staff:
1. Cannot choose to minimise exposure
2. Can spread it to patients
3. Are leaving hospitals short staffed as they go off sick with Covid 19
The vaccine needs to be diverted now
