The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Clinically extremely vulnerable people in Tier 4 areas are already advised to follow shielding guidance. You can find out more here: www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-on-shielding-and-protecting-extremely-vulnerable-persons-from-covid-19/guidance-on-shielding-and-protecting-extremely-vulnerable-persons-from-covid-19
Decisions on hospital capacity, how beds are allocated, and the facilities and services available in any given hospital is an operational decision for the NHS, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and individual trusts, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
