Ban Travelling between Tiers apart from essential travel for work.
Ban Travel between Tiers to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus. Only allowed to travel for essentials like work (if they can't work from home).
Too many people ignoring the rules and still travelling between tiers. The only way to stop this is to stop travel and fine people that are ignoring the rules. The quicker the rate is reduced nationally the quicker the economy can get back to normal.
