Impose a mandatory 2 week isolation period and then encourage mass testing after

Petition Details

In order to significantly lower covid-19 cases and combat mutation of the virus, I propose a mandatory 2 week isolation period, then, encouragement of mass testing after this period, consequently leaving those who test positive to isolate for longer.

Additional Information

There is no avoiding the truth of the matter that many of the public have lost patience and trust in the government, and the only solution going forward is to provide a realistic end point in order for us to oblige to rules. We must make sacrifice in the short term during this quarantine and provide support for low income families, those with mental health struggles, the elderly etc. Preparation for this isolation should take place in coherence with supermarkets, hospitals and the police force.
