Upgrade to HS1 for Cornwall

Additional Information

With all the talk of HS2 linking the North with the South, how about considering upgrading Cornwall's line to HS1 ? Now that Cornwall is going to lose its air link with Gatwick in 2014, it would be good if we had a rail link that could travel above 60mph !!!
