For harsher penalties to be introduced for animal abusers
As it stands in the UK, the maximum penalties for animla abusers is 6 months imprisonment and a fine of up to £20,000. These penalties are very rarely used. So we the people demand the sentencing to become harsher and to actually use the penalties put in place.
