Foreign nationals must have the means to cover their healthcare whilst in the UK

Additional Information

The UK Government should make it mandatory for for all visitors to the UK to reimburse their health care costs in the form of:

A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
Travel insurance covering the period of their stay
Access to cash through banks or diplomatic assistance
