Diplay prices before VAT to show companies are not benefitting from any drop in VAT

Additional Information

When the government had dropeed VAT to 15% many companies in the service industry failed to reduce their prices and charged the original amount thus benefitting from the tax break.

If unit prices were present this would prevent companies taking advantage of any government tax breaks to the consumer.
