Give all early years staff the same pay as teachers
As nurseries and preschools have kept the country going through covid and allowed key workers to go to work they should be recognised for their work and given a pay rise so they earn the same as teachers.
To recognise the hard work early years staff have done this year and reward that.

The Government is not responsible for the pay of staff employed at nurseries or preschools. This is a matter for individual nurseries and preschools.
