Allow small Wedding Ceremonies in England Tier 4
Allow small Wedding ceremonies to go ahead even in lockdown like shown in Scotland and Wales.
Couples are having to cancel or postpone so many times its heartbreaking.
A simple, small and socially distanced ceremony should easily be achievable.
