Keep Barbers and Hairdressers open during tier 4 to avoid the closure of smaller businesses.
Because although Boris may not care about his trim, us men do.
And due to the dusty feeling you get after not having a skinfade for weeks or months on end, we have had enough and want barbers and hairdressers open during all tiers!
