A public enquiry to the Government/MoD into the treatment of veterans
I wish for a public enquiry to investigate the handling of reports of injustices in the military and reports of biased investigations and clear reports of injustice.
I wish MP's, minister's and formor or serving officers to be held to account for the things they have said or the lack or action
There is a need for it, every year the SCC the. The SCOAF said they lack powers and the service complaints procedure is damaging (9 years)
There are clear examples over decades people have been failed yet minister's report the opposite.
Lessons can and should be learned from these examples yet the are met with delay, deny and generally to fustrate the process to deter veterans from seeking justice.
Veterans are not being listed to and that needs to change, we are treated like the enemy.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you are concerned about treatment of veterans, but it's not clear exactly what you want to be reviewed.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. This could be a public inquiry into how complaints by members of the armed forces are handled by the Ministry of Defence and other Government departments, if that's what you want to happen.
