Consider extending or converting to grants the Bounce Back Loans made to SME's
As Covid is continuing to affect SME's in all regions and types of business, I would like to petition that Bounce Back Loans be converted to grants, thus allowing SME's to invest the money to sustain and build their businesses, without the fear that they might not be able to make re-payments.
By converting the Bounce Back Loans to grants it will allow SME's to survive the current crisis, and in all likelihood mitigate the need for the government to enforce repayment, which will no doubt see many businesses forced into bankruptcy, destroying jobs and generating further short and long terms costs for the tax payer.
