Allow hospitality places with outdoor seating to take bookings and open!!
Allow food and drink places which have outdoor seating to open, just allowing people to sit outside and with a booking. It will be easy to manage and control under COVID guidelines.
These particular places not only have to pay more rent just to have the outdoor space, but most of them have invested hundreds if not thousands of pounds to heat the spaces and make them COVID safe. To keep closing them is devastating their potential and destroying the culture of our towns and cities.
