Investigate how many people have been issued a DNR certificate since March 2020?
Investigate how many people have unknowingly been issued with a DNR certificate since March 2020, and on what grounds? Were any pressurised into signing? And to find out whether family members were involved in the process where a patient lacked capacity, or whether families have been bypassed.
If there has been malpractice then those found responsible need to be held to account.
