Weekly wage
Can the government bring back the weekly wage for workers,
instead of monthly.
most places now pay monthly.
make it compulsory that companies should pay weekly.
people cant afford to live on a national minimum wage and make it last a month.
they are using payday loans, overdrafts, borrowing money, having loans from banks and loansharks, and they are also getting deeper into debt.
companies are actually banking millions of pounds a month in interest from other peoples wages..
How many people have refused a job and gone back to benefits because they cant afford to work a month in hand until payday
Nearly 2 months with no money is a long time.
